They Integrate The Service, The Facilities, In Particular: Intakes, Pipes, Treatment Plants, Accumulation Tanks And Regulators And Distribution Networks Of Drinking Water Up To The Home Distribution System And Any Other Facility Necessary And Inherent To The Service, Such As Electricity Transformation Center, And All The Elements Related To It. The Object Of The Contract Includes The Realization Of The Investments Foreseen In The List Of Mandatory Initial Investments In Accordance With The Forecast Of The Economic And Financial Study Of The Concession And Which Are Defined In The Projects Or Reports Valued For The Works To Be Executed, Without
