Expression of Interest for Consulting Services to Support Agribusiness Investment Promotion and Facilitation in Mozambique IFC is seeking to engage a consulting firm to support APIEX and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Fisheries in identifying and facilitating private investment in selected agribusiness value chains in Mozambique. The firm will support in informing the prioritization of target value chains, mapping and profiling potential investors and offtakers, and developing clear investment and offtake value propositions. Building on this analytical work, the firm will strengthen investment promotion and facilitation efforts through the development and use of analytical and promotional tools, investor tracking and pipeline management systems, and practical operational guidelines to improve investor outreach, conversion, and aftercare processes. The assignment will also include hands on investor facilitation services, including one on one advisory support, site visits, structured matchmaking with offtakers, organization of targeted B2B forums and roadshows, and delivery of aftercare services to existing investors. The work will also identify opportunities for investment clustering and related infrastructure needs to support the development of prioritized agribusiness value chains.
