Tenders are invited for Staff Care Psychosocial Support Services Objective of the Assignment HI seeks to engage a qualified Company to support the psychosocial well-being of HIs staff who are living the current situation of war on Gaza, and the escalation on the West Bank and Jerusalem, and who are in touch with end beneficiaries in which case they are exposed to different vulnerable peoples experiences. Services to be provided: Collective psychosocial support sessions in each work base Individual support sessions for staff members who are in need for more in-depth support. Practice analysis sessions with MHPSS staff If/when applicable, group or individual defusing sessions in the event of a critical incident(s) If/when applicable, interactive and innovative group training sessions on stress management or other subjects as per need. Through a contract of one year, the service provider should: Provide at least one (1) introductory session per base, within one month of starting the contract, to inform staff on the service and general information on staff care. During the session, the service provider shall present the list of services to be delivered to the team, previous agreement with HI. This session should take place face-to-face or online depending on the capacity to organize it and following the maximum number of participants per base mentioned below. Provide individual psychological support sessions for staff members. Each session should be 60 (sixty) minutes in duration, with a maximum of six (6) individual sessions per staff member per calendar year. The sessions should be provided preferably face-to-face. Alternative arrangements are possible (phone, Teams, or other suitable method) ideally after the second session. Must be ready to respond promptly to staff psychological support needs. Be available at agreed times and remain flexible to adapt to field constraints and operational requirements. The service provider should ensure gender-balanced (male and female) service provision, based on the needs of the staff and taking in consideration the potential sensitivity of situations. Be responsible for sharing with HI the proposed agenda and planning for the group psychological support sessions. The service provider should incorporate more accessible, group-based modalities. This includes integrating interactive approaches such as psychodrama and mindbody techniques (e.g., relaxation, stress release, and trust-building) within group sessions. The service is to be provided in two bases, the reason why the service proposal is requested by lots. Lot 1: Service Provision in West Bank (Please note the services are to be provided in Ramallah City Concerned Products/Services to be provided for one year: Average of 50 hours of individual sessions (total) Average of 6 group sessions (Max. 15 employees per group) Maximum of 3 practice sessions with the MHPSS staff If/when applicable, group or individual defusing sessions in the event of a critical incident(s) Maximum of 2 interactive group training sessions on stress management or other subjects as per need.
