Quotation are invited for Supply of Educational Space Furniture The service provider/supplier must be registered with the tax authorities, hold a valid business license, and be capable of issuing official tax invoices. A valid withholding tax certificate must also be provided. Prices must include a tax invoice in USD. Prices should be exclusive of VAT. If a valid withholding tax certificate is not provided, 10% will be deducted from the contract value. Non-compliant offers will be rejected. The supplier must have an active bank account and accept payments via bank transfer. Submitted offers must remain valid for 30 days from the submission date. The supplier is responsible for carrying out all assigned tasks in full coordination with the centers management. The management reserves the right to reject any offer without providing reasons. The tender committee is not obliged to accept the lowest price and reserves the right to cancel the tender without explanation. Quantities listed are estimated and may increase or decrease without affecting unit prices. The tender may be awarded to more than one supplier (partial awarding allowed).
