The Delfland Water Board (Hereinafter: Hhd) And The Schieland And Krimpenerwaard Water Board (Hereinafter: Hhsk) Each Wish To Conclude Their Own Service Agreement With One Contractor Who Will Carry Out The Complete Processing Of The Payroll Administration. The Assignment Concerns A Service Agreement For The Execution Of Payroll Administration Activities Within The Existing Youforce Environment. The Services Include In Any Case: • The Processing Of Changes, Wage Declarations And Pay Slips; • Carrying Out Checks On Output And Reconciliation With Financial Administrations; • Providing Reports And Overviews To Hr And Management; • Communication And Coordination With Hr Departments Of The Three Water Boards; • The Services Are Largely Provided Remotely, With A Structural Presence On Location At Each Of The Two Water Boards (Per Organization With The Deployment Of A Permanent Payroll Administrator On Location At Least One Day Per Week). • And The Possibility Of Providing Additional Support On Demand In The Field Of Functional Management.
