Restaurant And Food-Serving Services – Procurement Of Restaurant Services For The Restaurant Premises Of The Fabriikki Building. In Accordance With This Procurement Notice And Its Attachments, The University Of Vaasa Requests Your Offer For The Implementation Of Restaurant Services On The Campus Of The University Of Vaasa For The Restaurant Space Located On The 1St Floor Of The Fabriikki Building At The Address Yliopistonranta 10, 65200 Vaasa. The Restaurant In Question Is Mainly A Student Restaurant, Where The University Staff Also Eats. The Restaurant Is Also Open To All Visitors To The University Campus. The Procurement Contract Period Is August 3, 2026-July 31, 2028. The Agreement Also Includes One Two-Year Option Period From August 1, 2028 To July 31, 2030. The Customer Has The Right To Implement The Option Period After The End Of The Original Contract Period By A Unilateral Decision, And The Customer Notifies The Supplier In Writing Of The Implementation Of The Option Period No Later Than Four (4) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. If The Customer Does Not Make A Written Notification Within The Deadline, The Option Period Is Not Considered To Be Used.
