Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is An Automatic Pressure Filter (Small) For Filtering Mineral Materials For The Gtk Mintec Pilot Plant. The Pressure Filter To Be Purchased Can Be Either Vertical Or Horizontal. The Principle Of Operation Is That The Material To Be Filtered (Sludge) Is Pumped Into The Filter Chambers, Whereupon The Filtrate Flows Through The Filter Fabric Under The Influence Of The Pumping Pressure And Exits As A Filtrate. The Filter Cake Is Air-Dried And Removed From The Filter. Filter Cake Removal Should Happen Automatically, Without Manual Steps. The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of The Device In Working Condition, As Well As Other Products And Services Related To The Device As Defined In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Annex 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement And In Annex 1.1 Requirements. Contract Period The Contract Period Begins When The Contract Is Signed. The Validity Of The Contract Ends When The Device And Installation Have Been Approved, User Training Has Been Held, The Warranty Period Has Expired And The Contracting Parties Have Fulfilled All Their Contractual Obligations, See Detailed Information In Section 6 Of The Procurement Contract In Appendix A Of The Request For Tenders. In Addition, The Subject Of Procurement Includes A Maintenance Contract For The Device. The Maintenance Contract Is First Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years After The Device Has Been Approved For Use, After Which The Maintenance Contract Continues Indefinitely, See Section 5 Of The Maintenance Contract In Attachment 5 Of The Tender Request For More Detailed Information. Scope Of Procurement To Be Procured Is One (1) Compliant Pressure Filter With The Necessary Auxiliary Equipment, Accessories And Software, Including The Products And Services Specified In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, The Price Form, The Elements Included In The Procurement Are Described, Such As Maintenance And Repair Work As Well As Spare Parts And Accessories.
