The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Social And Economic Reintegration Of Disabled Workers Through The Execution Of Cleaning Services, Namely Socially Useful Tasks, Focused On The Cleaning Of Part Of The Roads Of Sartrouville (Sidewalks, Parking, Pedestrian Paths, Etc.). This Contract Is The Subject Of Services Reserved For Establishments And Work Assistance Services (Esat) Or Equivalent Structure Under The Conditions Of Article L2113-12 Of The Order Code Public. Cleaning Will Take Place From Monday To Friday, Throughout The Year, According To The Schedule Indicated In Appendix 1 Of The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp). Only Companies Covered By Article L2113-12 Of The Public Procurement Code May Be Entrusted With Carrying Out This Contract As A Subcontractor.
