Environmental Services – Marine Strategy Actions: Update-Review Of The Programs Of Measures. The Object Of The 2Nd Update Of The Program Of Measures, In Accordance With The Specifications Of Directive 2008/56/Ec, Pursuant To Law 3983/2011, As Amended And In Force, Is:  Preparation Of Methodologies For 1) The Evaluation Of The Effectiveness Of The Measures, 2) The Analysis Of Deviations 3) The Cost-Benefit Analysis.  Evaluation Of The Implementation And Effectiveness Of The Existing Program Of Measures In Conjunction With The State Of Marine Waters As Reflected In The Current Review Report Of The Good Environmental Status Of Marine Waters.  Preparation Of A List Of Involved/Interested Bodies And Recording Of Needs/Requirements As Well As Recording Of Existing Measures.  Assessment Of The Pressures Affecting The Marine Environment, In Which The Environmental Status Is Either Not Good Or Remains Unknown, As Well As Determining The Activities Or Causes That Contribute To Not Achieving Good Environmental Status (Gas).  Drawing Up A Plan To Update The Programs Of Measures With The Aim Of Achieving Or Maintaining The Good Environmental Status Of The Marine Waters Of The Greek Territory And (A) Extensive Evaluation Of Their Economic And Social Impacts, (B) Cost-Benefit Analyses, (C) Detailed Implementation Schedule Of Each Measure, (D) Definition Of The Implementing Body Of The Measure And Monitoring Of Its Implementation Progress (E) Determination Of Exceptions According To Article 14 Of Law 3983/2011.  Preparation Of The Required Material For The Publication And Public Consultation Of The Above Plan For Updating The Programs Of Measures (Organization Of Public Consultation, Evaluation Of The Comments Of The Public Consultation And Finalization Of The Programs Of Measures).  Preparation Of The Necessary File For The Formulation Of Proposals For Draft Ministerial Decision (Ma) For The Approval-Establishment Of The Updated Program Of Measures  Preparation Of The Necessary Material For Submitting The Required Data To The European Commission  Preparation Of The Necessary Material And Participation In Meetings, Workshops, Etc. On The Subject Of The Project, Reviewing And Commenting On The Proceedings/Findings.  Compilation Of A Study Regarding The Targeted Implementation Of The Directive In The Four Selected Gulfs, Corinthian, Thermaic, Saronic And Pagasitic And Updating The Program Of Measures, Adapted To The Special Needs And Requirements Of The Marine Ecosystem Of The Above Areas  Development Of An Information System With The Aim Of Informing The Public About The Program Of Measures, The Legislation Concerning The Implementation Of The Marine Strategy In Our Country And The Actions To Achieve The Good Environmental Status Of Marine Waters.
