Software Supply Services – Framework Agreement For The Supply, Implementation And Maintenance Of An Integrated Software Solution For The Processing Of Municipal Administrative Sanctions (Gas). The Aim Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of An Integrated Software Solution For The Management And Processing Of Municipal Administrative Sanctions (Gas). The Contracting Authority Acts As An Intermunicipal Company And, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of Several Affiliated Local Authorities, Exercises The Role Of Sanctioning Official As Referred To In The Applicable Gas Regulations. The Software Solution Must Enable The Contracting Authority To Support The Full Administrative Handling Of Gas Files In An Efficient, Uniform And Legally Certain Manner, Including: • The Registration And Processing Of Findings; • The Follow-Up Of Procedures And Legal Deadlines; • The Preparation And Handling Of Sanction Decisions; • Communication With Offenders And The Authorities Involved; • The Follow-Up Of Payments, Appeals And Possible Collection; • Reporting For The Affiliated Local Authorities. The Solution Must Be Multi-Tenant Or Multi-Organization, So That Files From Different Local Authorities Can Be Processed Separately But Manageably Within One Platform, With Respect For The Division Of Roles, Access Rights And Data Protection. In Addition To The Provision Of The Software, The Assignment Also Includes The Implementation, Configuration, Training, Technical Support And Maintenance Of The Solution During The Entire Term Of The Agreement.
