The Project Will Be Carried Out By The General Contractor, Who Will Be The Selected Contractor On The Basis Of The Procurement Process For The Public Contract For Construction Work Entitled Construction No. 0046943 Zš And Sš Březiněves - Construction And Construction No. 0042472 Tv Březiněves - Stage 0004 - Nameless And Stage 0007 - In Lány: Construction Work, Published In The Bulletin Of Public Procurement Under Ev. No. Z2026-009702 (Hereinafter Referred To As The General Contractor). The Subject Of The Services Of The Construction Manager (Selected Contractor) Will Be The Obligation To Provide The Client Personally And For A Fee Comprehensive Project Management Services Within The Project, Including Mainly Price Consultations, Professional Technical Assistance And Control Activities, As These Services Are Further Specified In The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Will Also Be Services In The Exercise Of The Rights And Obligations Of The Principal To The Extent Resulting From The Contract Concluded With The General Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As The Work Contract), Including Its Annexes, The Binding Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation, And Services In The Exercise Of The Rights And Obligations Of The Construction Manager And Assistant As Defined In Article 16 Of The Work Contract.
