This Equipment Must Clean Optics With Maximum Dimensions Of 1 M*1M*0.4 M For A Maximum Weight Of 500 Kg. The Substrates Are Made Of Glass (Silica, Bk7, Etc.) Or Silicon. The Contract Holder Must Carry Out The Mechanical, Structural And Functional Study Of The Cleaning Machine. If The Optional Tranche Is Confirmed, The Contract Holder Must Then Ensure The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation Of This Equipment On The Lma Platform Site, Taking Into Account The Restrictions Linked To The Dimensions Of Access. He Must Also Provide After-Sales Service.
