Cleaning Services – Market For Premises Cleaning Services. The Services Concern The Cleaning Of Premises Following The Use For Which They Are Normally Intended. Glazing Maintenance Is Excluded. For All The Sites Concerned, The Contract Includes:  Regular Cleaning Services, Paid On The Basis Of The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price And,  Episodic Cleaning Services Paid On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Of The Unit Price Schedules (Episodic: Known Buildings And Price Per M2) For An Amount Of €30,000 Excluding Vat Per Year Maximum. In The Alternative, Occasional Cleaning Services Following Work, Deterioration, Damage Caused By A Disaster Or On An Exceptional Basis May Be Requested Upon Presentation Of A Quote. This Quote Can Be Established Based On The Bpu/M² (Episodic Services). The Expenditure Must Not Exceed €20,000 Excluding Tax Per Year Maximum.
