Storage And Warehousing Services – Public Contract For The Storage Of Skimmed Milk Powder In The Context Of Public Intervention. The Aim Of This Government Contract Is To Appoint One Tenderer With One Or More Warehouses In Flanders, Which Comply With The Technical Regulations Listed In These Specifications, To Store The Goods Purchased By The Contracting Authority, As Long As The European Commission Does Not Decide To Put The Stored Batches Of Skimmed Milk Powder Back On The Market. In A First Phase, The Contracting Authority (Agriculture And Sea Fisheries Agency Of The Flemish Government) Purchases Skimmed Milk Powder, Acting As The Buyer. The Supplier Or Seller At This Stage Is The Economic Operator Offering Skimmed Milk Powder For Public Intervention. After A Period Of Storage, In A Second Phase, The Contracting Authority Will Sell This Skimmed Milk Powder Again In Accordance With The Provisions Of European Regulations. The Economic Operator Who Purchases The Skimmed Milk Powder Acts As The Buyer In This Phase, While The Contracting Authority Is The Seller And Supplier.
