Helsingin Kaupungin Liikenneliikelaitos Hkl Is Procuring New Metro Trainsets, Other Deliverables And Services As Specified In This Invitation To Participate And Its Annexes For The Metro System In The City Of Helsinki And The City Of Espoo. The Target Of This Procurement Is To Procure New Metro Trainsets, To Be Called M400 Trainsets, Which Are Attractive For The People Of Helsinki And Espoo, Have High Availability And Are Well Adapted For The Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
