These Services Are Analyzed As Follows: • 1St Category: Rental Of A Coach With A Driver For The Daily Transportation Needs Of The Staff Of The Hellenic Republic Of Greece • 2Nd Category: Rental Of A Coach With A Driver For The Transportation Needs Of The Departments Of The Hellenic Republic Of Greece, Within The Prefecture Of Attica • 3Rd Category: Rental Of A Coach With A Driver For The Transportation Needs Of The Educational & Social Actions Department Within The Prefecture Of Thessaloniki, For The Needs Of Of The 3Rd Bell Opera Program • 4Th Type: Rental Of A Coach With A Driver For The Transportation Needs Of The Les Departments Outside The Prefecture Of Attica • 5Th Type: Rental Of A Coach With A Driver, For The Internal Transportation Needs Of The Les Departments, Within Other Prefectures Located Outside Of Attica A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 60172000-4 - Rental Of Buses And Coaches With A Driver. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €225,000.00, Not Including The Relevant 13% Vat (€29,250.00), I.E. A Total Of €254,250.00. An Option Is Also Provided For Up To The Amount Of €60,000.00, Not Including The Relevant 13% Vat (€7,800.00), I.E. In The Total Amount Of €67,800.00. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Twelve (12) Months From Its Signature Or Until The Contract Value Is Exhausted. In The Event That The Value Of The Contract Has Not Been Exhausted Up To Twelve (12) Months From Its Signature, Its Duration Will Automatically Be Extended Until Its Value Is Exhausted. If The Contracting Authority So Wishes, It Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract By Activating The Aforementioned Option, In Which Case The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Extended Until The Amount Of The Option Is Exhausted. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price.
