The Services Include All Structural, Technical And Gardening And Landscaping Construction Services Required For The Complete Construction Of The Residential Quarters, As Well As All Planning Services For Property Planning, Technical Building Equipment, Structural Planning And Outdoor Area Planning. The Entire Planning Is To Be Offered In All Affected Service Profiles According To Hoai, Including All Appraisal And Expert Services And The Obtaining Of All Necessary Approvals As Well As The Turnkey And Move-In-Ready Construction Of The Residential Areas, I.E. Buildings, Outdoor Facilities And Access Areas. The Buildings Are To Be Constructed In Wood Or Wood-Hybrid Construction. Since Each Construction Site Should Be Able To Read Its Own Architectural Signature, Each Applicant/Bidder Must Provide/Commission Different Planners For Construction Sites 29 And 30 With The Planning Services In Accordance With The Building And Interior Performance Profile (§34 Hoai).
