The Subject Of The Framework Agreement: The Purchase Of Corrective Maintenance Services (Repair Services Of Subsystems / Components / Sub-Assemblies, Including Detection) For Ford Transit Surveillance Vehicles Equipped With Thermal Imaging Equipment Of The Romanian Border Police Structures. The Corrective Maintenance Services Will Consist In Fixing The Malfunctions Of The Components Of The Surveillance Systems Installed On The Ford Transit Vehicles Of The Romanian Border Police. A Public Procurement Procedure Will Be Initiated And Carried Out In Order To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Duration Of 24 Months, Based On Which The Necessary Maintenance Services Will Be Contracted, With Funding Secured From The Available Funding Sources, Both From External Non-Reimbursable Funds And From Funds From The State Budget. According To The Specifications, 20 Types Of Corrective Maintenance Services (According To The Specifications) For The Component Subsystems Of The Surveillance System Mounted On The Ford Transit Trucks, As Well As Detection Services, Are The Subject Of The Contract. Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded Based On Repair Needs And Available Funds. It Is Estimated That A Minimum Of 1 And A Maximum Of 10 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded Per Year. The Minimum Estimated Quantity Of Services That Will Be The Subject Of A Subsequent Contract Is 1, And The Maximum Estimated Quantity Is 100. The Contracting Authority Considers A Maximum Quantity Of 100 Services For 1 Subsequent Contract, Resulting By Summing The Maximum Quantities Provided For Each Type Of Service (Respectively 5 Repairs For Each Of The 20 Types Of Services), Resulting In A Maximum Quantity Of 100 Services (5 Repairs X 20 Types Of Services = 100 Services – See Annex 5 To The Specifications Where The Types Of Services Are Described). During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That A Minimum Of 20 And A Maximum Of 1100 Services Will Be Contracted. Total Minimum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 384,000.00 Lei (Lei Without Vat). Total Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement: 21,120,000.00 Lei (Lei Without Vat). Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 1,920,000.00 Lei Without Vat.
