The Contractor Further Undertakes, To The Extent That This Is Permitted In The Document Evaluation Sheet_Underlay_Doppellocation, Lot Description Register, To Provide A Cafeteria Offer In Accordance With His Information In The Appendix To The Offer That He Himself Created (See Evaluation Sheet_Underlay_Doppellocation, Register Menu Vegetarian Dishes, Cells A27:B27 And A28:B28). School Lunch Is Free Of Charge For Students In Grades 1 To 6; In This Respect, It Is A Public Mandate. Production, Delivery And Distribution Of School Lunches (Including A Daily Raw Food Portion And Drink Per Portion And Including Ancillary Services Such As Cleaning Services And Disposal Of Leftover Food And Waste) For Students In Grades 7-13, So-Called “Plate Meal” (Service Concession). The Price Is Determined By The Contractor In Coordination With The School After The Surcharge, But Is At Least 4.64 Euros Per Portion Including Sales Tax. Operation Of A Cafeteria/Kiosk For Students In Grades 7-13, Whereby The Range And Availability Of The Offer (In Particular The Opening Times Of The Cafeteria/Kiosk Operation) Must Be Coordinated With The School In The Event Of An Order After The Award Is Made In Order To Meet The Needs And Requirements Of The School (Service Concession). Optionally, The Production, Delivery And Distribution Of A Warm Or Cold Lunch Snack Plus Drinking Water For Students In Grades 7-13 (Service Concession). The Contract Ends Automatically, Without The Need For Termination, Upon Expiry Of The Agreed Fixed Term. Ordinary Termination Is Excluded During The Fixed Term. The Right To Extraordinary Termination For Good Cause In Accordance With Section 314 Of The German Civil Code (Bgb) Remains Unaffected.
