Repair And Maintenance Services – Support Service For Repair And Maintenance Tasks In The Ministry Of The Presidency, Justice And Relations With The Courts. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out Work Related To The Conservation And Maintenance Of Buildings, Facilities And Urbanization. Building Conservation And Maintenance Work Is Understood To Be All Those Related To Masonry, Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry And Other Trades, That Is, Any Task Related To The Construction And Installations Of Buildings. Air Conditioning Installations Are Excluded. The Maintenance Will Be Carried Out In The Buildings Of The Ministry Of The Presidency, Justice And Relations With The Cortes Located In The Moncloa Complex.
