Quotation are invited for Solar Water Heater World Vision is one of the worlds leading humanitarian development and advocacy organization and operates in nearly 100 countries worldwide, including Lebanon. World Vision intends to award contracts that seek the services of professional contractors for the Supply and Installation of Solar PV Powered Water Heating Systems in Beirut and Mount of Lebanon . Details in attached BOQ and TOR . More Detailed information about the Tender will be shared with Tender Documentation to interested Companies/Consultants. All Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to WV Lebanon Procurement email address [email protected] to receive the Tender Documentation. Deadline for the submission of Letter of interest is April 27 ,2026 08:00 PM Lebanon Time Deadline for the submission of Offer is April 29 ,2026 08:00 PM Lebanon Time Please note: Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation. Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender. Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by April 22 ,2026 , since the deadline of offers submission via online system is April 29 , 2026 8:00pm Tender documents will include detailed BOQs and TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted. The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges which will be deducted directly from each transfer. The Supplier assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the prices submitted. Once an agreement is signed, these prices will be considered final. Mandatory submission of PDF and Excel files of the BoQs. This requirement ensures that the BoQs can be easily reviewed and analyzed. Suppliers need to review the BoQs line by line before signing the agreement.
