Tenders are invited for Purchase and Installations of the Proposed Solar Systems Solar Systems (various) The following ITB would like to evaluate the cost estimation of purchase and installations of the proposed solar systems in accordance with the BOQ. PCPM hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet: Section 1: This Letter of Invitation Section 2: Instruction to Bidders Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Section 4: Evaluation Criteria Section 5: Terms of Reference Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms Form A: Bid Submission Form Form B: Bidder Information Form Form C: Qualification Form Form D: Risk Matrix Form E: Technical Proposal Form F: Financial Proposal Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet. The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities in Lebanon. How to apply Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an Expression of Interest by email to [email protected], indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid, and we will send you all relevant technical documents. This will also enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB. Should you require any further clarifications, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB. Mandatory site visits will take place on the 29th & 30th of April 2026. Interested bidders are requested to communicate the contact information of the person who will be at the site visits. Bidders who miss the site visit will be automatically dropped from the process.
