Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laboratory External Quality Assessment Automated Packaging, Capping and Tube Labelling System The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent. The method of payment shall be through banks authorised to receive non tax revenue Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:00am on 19th May, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 14,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Fourteen Million) or its equivalent in United States Dollars. The form of bid security shall be unconditional Bank guarantee from a COMMERCIAL BANK regulated by Bank of Uganda. Bidders who use Banks domiciled outside Uganda must secure alongside with the Bid security, a declaration from a correspondent Bank in Uganda that it will honor the bid security on behalf of the issuing Bank. Bid securities must be valid until 10th November, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:30AM. 7. There shall be a pre bid meeting at 10:00am on 27th April, 2026 via ZOOM. The link shall be shared to bidders who will have purchased the document. a. Publish bid notice 20th April, 2026 b.
