The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Care, Custody And Maintenance Services For The Sanitary Burial Ground Of The 3Rd Administrative Unit Of The Region Of Epirus (Hereinafter Arta Burial Ground), For A Period Of Two (2) Years. The Scope Includes The General Maintenance Of The Projects Existing Equipment. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €504,080.00 Excluding Vat 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €625,059.20). The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 90530000 -1 - Landfill Operation Services And 90700000-4 - Environmental Services. The Project Owner May Unilaterally Renew The Duration Of The Contract For An Additional Two (2) Years. The Operating Option Expense Amounts To €504,080.00 Excluding 24% Vat (Estimated Option Value Including Vat: €625,059.20). The Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Declaration. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On The Best Quality-Price Ratio.
