The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide A Set Of Intellectual Technical Controller Services As Part Of The Coeur De Sarthe Works Operation Which Consists Of The Construction Of A Technical Platform And The Restructuring Of Outpatient Surgery. The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Are The Following: - L - Sei - Ps - P1 - F - Pha - Th - Hand - Brd - Le - Av - Dem - Gtb - Env - Hysa - Pv - Dpe - Verification Of The Conformity Of Radio Continuity - Viel - Vamst (= Consuel Procedure) - Att Hand - Attth - Attph - Arf - Complete Verification Of Lightning Protection The Services Will Be Carried Out Partly In The Form Of An Ordinary Contract (Fixed Price) And Partly In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162-5 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code (Additional Missions/Vacation). The Maximum Amount Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract Is €25,000 Excluding Tax For The Framework Agreement Part. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Greater Than 4 Years. Indeed, The Duration Of The Technical Controllers Mission Is Determined By The Coeur De Sarthe Project And Any Orders For Additional Missions Are Linked To This Project And Cannot Be Entrusted To Another Technical Controller.
