Tenders Are Invited For 24-Hour Security Service For The Business Park Nad Drwiną Property Located At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10 In Kraków (Part -1) And Real Estate At Ul. Kordylewskiego 11 In Kraków (Part-2).

1. 24-Hour Security Service For The Business Park Nad Drwiną Property Located At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10 In Krakow (Part -1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Security Of The Business Park Nad Drwiną Property Located At Ul. Nad Drwiną 10 In Kraków, Including, Among Others, Buildings And Property Located In The Buildings And On The Property, Including Delivery, Assembly And Service During The Term Of The Contract - An Electrically Controlled Barrier And An Operation Control System Including 23 Control Points With A Reader. Security Workers On Night Shift Will Be Qualified Physical Security Workers, I.E. They Have A Qualified Physical Security Worker Id And Are Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers Kept By The Commander-In-Chief Of The Police. The Ordering Party Requires That Employees On Night Shift Duty Be Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Support With An Intervention Patrol Consisting Of One Security Employee, And, If Necessary, An Intervention Group Consisting Of At Least Two Security Employees. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Part 1.3. The Contractor Must Have A Current License Issued By The Ministry Of The Interior And Administration To Conduct Business Activities In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property Pursuant To The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property.4. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of People Under An Employment Contract By A Contractor Or Subcontractor. As Part Of The Subject Of The Service, The Ordering Party Indicates That Activities Related To The Security Service In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Must Be Performed By Persons Employed Under Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) At Least For The Duration Of The Order. It Is Unacceptable To Employ Employees Performing Security Tasks On The Basis Of Civil Law Contracts, Which Means That Each Man-Hour Under The Contract Must Be Worked By The Security Employee Solely As Part Of The Employment Relationship. 5. Deadline For Completing The Order For Part 1: From June 1, 2026 To May 31, 2027.
