The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Sports Complex Moje Boisko Orlik 2012, Including: - Demolition Of The Existing Locker Room Building. - Construction Of A New, Free-Standing, Single-Story Locker Room Building In Traditional Brick Technology, With A Flat Roof, Including, Among Others, Locker Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, Toilets (Including For People With Disabilities), Utility, Storage And Office Rooms. - Construction Of A Skate Park With A Surface. Reinforced Concrete And Elements For Roller Skating, Skateboarding And Bicycles, Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure, Including Handrails, Paving Stone Access, Information Board And Development Of Green Areas. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Subject Of The Order To Have Been Duly Performed And Completed Only When The Contractor Submits A Valid Permit To Use The Facilities, Issued By The Competent Administrative Authority. Until Then, All Works, Activities And Obligations Arising From The Implementation Of The Contract Are Deemed To Be Incomplete. The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Is To Carry Out, At Its Own Expense And Risk, The Entire Formal And Legal Process Necessary To Obtain The Permit In Question, In Particular To Prepare Complete Documentation, Obtain The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, As Well As To Represent The Ordering Party Before The Competent Authorities.
