1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Road 1030C Along With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Bysław - Lubiewo Section.2. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil To The Extent Necessary To Develop Design Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard And Technical Knowledge, Determine The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Surface By Preparing A Technical Assessment Of The Surface; 2) Obtain Technical Conditions From Industry Companies For The Reconstruction Of Underground Networks And Other Technical Infrastructure In Conflict With The Designed Road Elements And Designed Elements Of Technical Infrastructure, As Well As To Include In The Design Documentation Solutions Enabling The Operation Of The Network And Other Elements Rebuilt Technical Infrastructure Resulting From The Conditions Issued By Their Owners;3) Obtaining From The Competent Authorities And Entities Technical Conditions And Permits And Decisions Required By Law For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Surface Drainage In The Scope Covered By The Design Documentation, Including The Preparation Of Water Law Reports And Obtaining Water Law Permits - If Required;4) Obtaining From The Competent Authorities And Entities Technical Conditions And Permits And Decisions Required By Law For The Reconstruction And Construction Of Engineering Structures In The Scope Covered By The Design Documentation, In Including Preparation Of Water Law Reports And Obtaining Decisions On Water Law Permits - If Required; 5) Obtaining Conditions And Guidelines From Zdp Tuchola Regarding The Construction Of A Technological Canal And Obtaining Approval Of The Project In This Respect Or Obtaining A Derogation, 6) Obtaining Design Guidelines From The Relevant Conservation Protection Authority Regarding Elements Located In The Conservation Protection Zone Or Constituting An Object Under Conservation Protection And Obtaining Approval In This Respect; 7) Obtaining The Consent Of The Owners/Owners Or Administrators Of The Property To Make The Area Available For Construction Purposes And Any Other Documents Related To The Performance Of The Order And Required By Applicable Law - Permits, Consents, Agreements, Implementation Conditions, Checks, Opinions, Arrangements;8) Developing The Concept Of Design Solutions And Obtaining The Ordering Partys Approval;9) Preparing Design Documentation Divided Into Individual Industries And Obtaining Their Approval By The Ordering Party (In The Field Of Road Solutions) And By Individual Network Operators To The Extent Necessary To Perform Construction Works Based On The Studies That Are The Subject Of The Order,10) Preparing Bills Of Quantities In A Specification Layout, Divided Into Individual Industries, Taking Into Account Possible Investment Staging In The Manner Indicated By The Ordering Party; 11) Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specif
