Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Areas Belonging To The Gołdap Commune

Part 1 - Lease Of Containers, Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Municipal Cemeteries Located In The Gołdap Commune. The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery, Arrangement And Lease Of Waste Containers Owned Or At The Contractors Disposal In The Following Quantities: A) 24 Black Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters For Mixed Waste In The Amount Of 21 Containers For The Cemetery At Ul. Gumbińska And Ul. Zadumy In Gołdap, 2 Containers For The Cemetery In Grabów And 1 Container For The Cemetery At Ul. Cmentarna In Gołdap, B) 18 Brown Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters For Biodegradable Waste, 15 Containers For The Cemetery At Ul. Gumbińska And Ul. Zadumy In Gołdap, 2 Containers For The Cemetery In Grabów And 1 Container For The Cemetery At Ul. Cmentarna In Gołdap, C) 18 Yellow Containers With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters For Metal And Plastic Waste, 15 Containers For The Cemetery At Ul. Gumbińska And Ul. Zadumy In Gołdap, 2 Containers For The Cemetery In Grabów And 1 Container For The Cemetery At Ul. Cmentarna In Gołdap, D) 17 Containers With A Capacity Of 660 L In Green For Glass, 15 Containers For The Cemetery At Ul. Gumbińska And Ul. Zadumy In Gołdap, 1 Container Each For The Cemetery In Grabów And The Cemetery At Ul. Cmentarna In Gołdap;2. Collection And Transport Of Sorted Waste Only Upon Telephone Notification: A) Expected Frequency Of Waste Collection From The Cemetery At Ul. Gumbińska And Ul. Reflections In Gołdap - 2/3 Times A Month, B) Expected Frequency Of Waste Collection From The Cemetery In Grabowo Commune. Gołdap – Twice A Month, C) Expected Frequency Of Waste Collection From The Cemetery At Ul. Cmentarna In Gołdap - Twice A Month. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Given Number Of Collections Is Only An Estimate And May Change, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3. One Waste Collection Is Understood As Emptying All Containers Of A Given Faction From A Given Cemetery, Regardless Of The Number Of Trips Made. 4. In Addition To Collecting Waste In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Additional Collections, Especially On Holidays, I.E. October 28 - November 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Waste Upon Notification By Telephone, And These Collections May Be On Public Holidays In The Morning (5:00-10:00) Or Late Afternoon (3:00-5:00 P.M.). 5. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Increasing The Lease Of The Number Of Containers Due To The Increase In Waste Accumulation Through New Burials In Cemeteries. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Necessary Quantity Of New Containers, And This Change Will Require The Signing Of A Written Annex To The Contract Being The Subject Of The Order. The Remuneration Will Be Increased By The Actual Number Of Containers Delivered Based On The Proposed Unit Price. 6. All Containers Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Functio
