Equivalent Solutions.A) Technical Documentation May Indicate Trademarks Or Origin For Some Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, And All Goods Specified In The Documentation, Originating From Specific Producers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
