4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Construction Design In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) For The Construction Of A Street With A Length Of Approx. 2,040 M As Part Of The Investment Task: Execution Of A Design For The Construction Of Ul. Strzelnicza In The City Of Łuków. 4.2. Technical Documentation Should Be Prepared And All Necessary Documents, Decisions And Opinions Should Be Obtained To Obtain A Permit For The Investment Implementation.4.3. The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Issued By The Municipal Roads Authority In Łuków, Including: 4.3.1. Adopt The Road Surface Structure For The Traffic Category Min. Kr – 3;4.3.2. Design A 6.0 M Wide Road And A One-Sided Pedestrian And Bicycle Route;4.3.3. Design Deep Drainage Along The Entire Length Of The Designed Roads; 4.3.4. Inspection Wells And Street Inlets Should Be Designed With Sedimentation Tanks At Least 0.5 M Deep, Made Of Concrete Rings;4.3.5. Design Hinged Cast Iron Manholes And Street Gullies;4.3.6. Street Lighting Should Be Designed In An Led System;4.3.7. Prepare A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization For The Roads Under Construction In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation. The Horizontal Markings Included In The Project Are Planned To Be Thick-Layered. Existing Vertical Markings Intended To Be Left In Accordance With The New Traffic Organization Should Be Replaced;4.3.8. As Part Of The Investment In Question, Design A Technological Channel; 4.3.9. The Developed Construction Design And The Design Of Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization Should Be Agreed With The Municipal Roads Authority In Łuków.4.4. Scope Of Work Covered By The Order: 4.4.1. Preparation Of A Conceptual Road Design, Consisting Of A Graphic Part (A Map On A Scale Of At Least 1:5000 Showing The Proposed Road Course, Marking The Area Necessary For Construction Works And The Existing Infrastructure Of The Area) And A Descriptive Part, An Analysis Of The Connection Of The Road With Other Public Roads, A Map Containing A Draft Of The Division Of Real Estate Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, A List Specifying The Properties Or Their Parts That Are Planned To Be Taken Over By The City Of Łuków, A List Specifying The Properties Or Their Parts, With Whose Use Will Be Limited, Determining Changes In The Existing Land Development Infrastructure - 3 Copies. + 1 Copy In Electronic Form. 4.4.2.
