1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase And Delivery Of Fertilizer Lime Intended For Liming Agricultural Land In The Jerzmanowa Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Fertilizer Lime Intended For Liming Agricultural Land In The Jerzmanowa Commune In A Total Estimated Amount Of 1,197.675 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Delivery By 5%. A) Granulated Calcium Fertilizer With A Content Of Not Less Than 50% Cao, Max Moisture Of 0.2% And Reactivity Of 95-100%, B) Lime Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In Regulation (Eu) No. 2019/1009 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 June 2019 Laying Down Rules On Making Eu Fertilising Products Available On The Market, Amending Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009 And (Ec) No. 1107/2009 And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 2003/2003, The Act On Fertilizers And Fertilization Of July 10, 2007 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 569) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of September 8, 2010 On The Manner Packaging Of Mineral Fertilizers, Placing Information On Fertilizer Ingredients On These Packages, Method Of Testing Mineral Fertilizers And Types Of Fertilizer Lime (Journal Of Laws 2010, No. 183, Item 1229) According To Annex No. 6 Types Of Fertilizer Lime And Detailed Quality Requirements For These Types To The Above-Mentioned Regulation, C) Each Package Containing Fertilizer Lime Should Have The Ce Marking, D) Fertilizer Lime Must Contain The Eu Declaration Of Conformity And Technical Documentation, Which The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party Before Delivering Lime To Individual Farms, And Will Then Provide As Attachments To The Wz Document (Referred To In Section 6) To Each Farmer To Whom Lime Will Be Delivered Under This Order, E) The Ordering Party Will, On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, Provide The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Contractor With A Detailed, Named List Of Farmers, Specifying The Amount Of Lime For Individual Farms To Which Fertilizer Lime Should Be Delivered, F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Lime For Individual Farms Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Jerzmanowa Commune, I.E. 81 Farms, G) Deliveries Should Be Made From Monday To Friday, Between 8:00 A.M. And 8:00 P.M., H) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Lime Delivery Be Carried Out By A Car With A Load Capacity Of Up To 27 Mg.
