Successive Manufacture And Delivery Of Vertical Road Signs, Road Safety Devices And Information Boards For District And Voivodeship Roads For The Needs Of The District Road Administration In Częstochowa. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Manufacture And Delivery Of Vertical Road Signs, Road Safety Devices And Information Boards For District And Voivodeship Roads For The Needs Of The District Road Administration In Częstochowa.1. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Of High Quality And Meet The Requirements Set Out In Points 4.3., 4.4., 4.5, 4.6, 4.7. Of This Swz.3. All Items Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And From Current Production, And Must Also Have A Current National Certificate Of Conformity And Technical Approval Authorizing The Product To Be Marked With The Construction Mark B Granted On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of November 17, 2016. On The Methods Of Declaring The Conformity Of Construction Products And The Method Of Marking Them With A Construction Mark (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 873) And Pursuant To Art. 8 Section 8 Of The Act Of 16 April 2004. On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213). Additionally, It Is Advised That The Delivered Signs, Road Boards, Barriers And Other Materials And Traffic Safety Devices Should Be Brand New, Undamaged And Have The Ce Marking. The Delivered Equipment And Materials Should Meet The Relevant Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards. In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, They Should Have European Technical Approval Issued By An Authorized Body. Road Signs And Road Safety Devices Should Be Ce Certified. 4. Documentation Specifying The Subject Of The Order. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On July 3, 2003. Regarding Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And Conditions For Their Placement On Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2311, As Amended), As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard And In Accordance With The Technical Guidelines Of The Provincial Roads Authority For Road Signs Intended For Provincial Roads.5. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Quality Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order To The New Standards.6. The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Signs, Vertical Road Devices And Road Traffic Devices Are Described In Annex No. 1 To The Specification.7.
