The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 118178D From The Border Of The Plot Of Provincial Road No. 385 To The Town Of Jagielno.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Milling Of The Damaged Bituminous Surface, - Leveling Of The Existing Crushed Stone Base, - Execution Of A Reinforcing Layer Of Crushed Aggregate (Crushed Stone), - Execution Of Structural Layers Of The Surface, Including A Binder Layer Of Asphalt Concrete And A Wearing Course Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, - Introduction Of Target (Permanent) Traffic Organization After The Completion Of The Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.5. The Order Is To Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Swz. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Offered Price In Accordance With The Price Calculation Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form.
