Berka Joselewicza 4 In Warsaw By Pracownia Architektonczno-Konstrukcyjna Architega Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Nowy Świat 33 Lok. 13, 00-029 Warsaw. 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Planned Construction Works:A) Preliminary Worksb) Disassembly, Demolition And Accompanying Worksc) Replacement Of Windows And Doors On Facades And In Renovated Rooms;D) Renovation Of Teaching Rooms, Sanitary Rooms And Cloakrooms:E) Replacement Of Wall Coverings, Plasters And Paint Coatings;F) Execution Of New Cement Screeds;G) Construction Of Stoneware Tile Floors, Concrete Screeds, Epoxy Screeds And Mosaic Floors Industrial;H) Replacement Of Water And Sewage, Electrical, Telecommunications, Ventilation And Central Heating Installations;I) Replacement Of Lighting With Led Lighting;J) In The Eastern Wing Communication, Removal Of The Pvc Lining And Renovation Of The Terrazzo Screed;K) Installation Of Furniture, Devices And Machines;L) Finishing Works) All Other Works Not Mentioned Above That Occur During The Implementation Of The Project. Additional Obligations Of The Contractor Resulting From The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, Consolidated Text) Employees/Employees Directly Performing Activities Related To, Among Others: Renovation And Finishing Works, Works In The Field Of Electrical Installations, Installation Of Lighting And Electrical Sockets, Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Etc. The Above Condition Will Be Fulfilled By Employing New Employees/Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees/Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Complete The Order.
