1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Consisting In The Design And Implementation Of Demolition Works Of Part Of The Economic And Technical Building R1, Along With The Dismantling And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste From The Buildings R1 And R4, Located On The Premises Of The Sp Zoz Psychiatric Hospital In Toszek At Ul. Gliwicka 5.2. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.3. As Part Of The Order, The Following Construction Works Will Be Performed: • Demolition, Demolition, Disassembly And Dismantling, • Segregation, Loading, Removal And Disposal Of All Waste, • Assembly And Finishing, In Particular Bricklaying, Plastering, Wall Cladding, • Installation (Including: Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations). 4. The Order Will Be Processed In Three Stages. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Technical Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. 1) Stage I, Preparation Of Technical Documentation, Agreeing It With The Ordering Party And Obtaining Appropriate Consents And Permits. 2) Stage Ii, Execution Of Preparatory And Demolition Works (Removal And Disposal Of Asbestos From The R1 And R4 Building). The Stage Is Carried Out On The Basis Of An Application For Co-Financing From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice (Part B1) In The Scope Of Granting A Targeted Subsidy For The Implementation Of The Task In Question: Removal And Neutralization Of Asbestos From The Premises Of The Sp Zoz Psychiatric Hospital In Toszek.3) Stage Iii Execution Of Reconstruction And Finishing Works And Tidying Up The Area.5.
