Part 1 Furniture (Purchase And Delivery Of Office Furniture, Purchase And Assembly Of Custom-Made Kitchen And Office Furniture, Along With Assembly Of Household Appliances)1. The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Equipment And Supplies For The Renovated Building Of The Jabłonka Commune Office.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Purchase, Deliver And Install Office Furniture, Custom-Made Furniture, Chairs And Other Equipment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Commune Office In Jabłonka, Ul. 3-Go Maja 1, 34-480 Jabłonka.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Activities And Works Related To The Assembly And Arrangement Of The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor, Necessary For The Proper And Intended Functioning Of The Subject Of The Order In The Offer Price.5. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In This Swz.6. The Delivered Furniture And Equipment Must Be Brand New And Of Full Value And Cannot Bear Any Signs Of Use Or Damage, Not Reconditioned, Not For Exhibition, Made In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Complete Condition, I.E.: Guaranteeing Use As Intended Without Additional Purchases Of Elements And Accessories, Ready For Use And Set And Installed In The Rooms And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 7. The Elements From Which The Devices Are Built Must Be Products Of A Specific Manufacturer Or Be Made By Certified And Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty (Warranty Valid In Poland), They Must Comply With Applicable Standards.8. If The Technical Description Contains The Name Of The Product Or Material, It Should Be Assumed That The Contractor May Use In His Valuation A Product Or Equivalent Material With Parameters No Worse Than Those Mentioned In The Technical Description. The Photos Are For Illustrative Purposes Only, They Constitute A Model From Which The Ordering Party Allows Some Deviations.9. If The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Attestations Or Certificates In The Content Of The Swz Or In The Annexes, The Contractor May Use Standards, Attestations Or Certificates Equivalent To Them.10. The Contractors Offer Must Include The Following: Manufacturer, System And Symbol Of The Offered Equipment (If Applicable).11. Employee Furniture, Which Includes Desks, Office Containers, Desk Extensions, Tables, Office Cabinets, And Wardrobes, Must Constitute A System That Is Uniform In Color, Style And Dimensions.12. Each Batch Of Furniture And Accessories Must Obtain The Approval Of The Ordering Party Before Its Assembly.13. Furniture, Furnishings, Devices And Their Components Must Be Marked By Manufacturers In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Easily Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer.14.
