1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Led Stage Lighting For The Stage In The Barracks Of The Contemporary Theater In Warsaw. The Order Includes The Following Equipment: 1) Automatic Moving Head Cw+Rgb Led Profile; 800W; 6.5-53 – 12 Sets,2) Automatic Beam/Wash Led Rgbw Moving Head; 450W; 3.5-54 – 50 Sets,3) Fog Machine, Co2 – 1 Set,4) Lan-Dmx Converter – 1 Set,5) 8-Output Dmx Splitter – 1 Set2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 1 To The Opz Entitled Properties Of Materials And Devices. The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Determined By The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Parameters Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum. In A Situation Where The Description Includes An Indication Of A Specific Name, Product Or Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Equipment. However, Equivalent Equipment Should Meet The Minimum Parameters Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (And Annex No. 1 To The Opz).4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Completely Functional, Free From Defects And Manufactured In One Batch And No Earlier Than In 2026. The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 3-Year Warranty For The Delivered Equipment.5. The Order Includes Transport (Delivery) Of Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters As Well As Assembly And Commissioning Of Equipment For Stage Structures, I.E. Trusses Located On The Stage In Barak At Ul. Jaworzyńska 1 In Warsaw.
