Tenders Are Invited For Cashless Purchase Of Liquid Fuels, Goods And Services At Gas Stations Using Fleet Cards

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels, Goods And Services Ensuring Comprehensive Service For Official Vehicles Of The Provincial Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection In Poznań In A Cashless System Using Fleet Cards, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply (Refueling) Of Liquid Fuels, I.E. Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil At Gas Stations Belonging To The Contractors Network Of Stations Throughout The Country. Refueling Will Take Place Directly To The Ordering Partys Vehicles.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Provision Of Cards That Will Enable: 1) Purchase Of Liquid Fuels At Gas Stations, 2) Access To Additional Services At Gas Stations, I.E. Car Washes, Purchase Of Non-Fuel Products, Including: Operating Fluids, Light Bulbs, Wipers, Car Cosmetics,3) Paying Road Tolls For Driving On Highways And Other Toll Road Sections In Poland.4. Liquid Fuels That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1314, As Amended). Filling Stations Must Have A License Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office And An Entry In The Register Of Energy Companies With A License In The Field Of Liquid Fuels.5. The Fuel Stations Provided Must Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Regulations For Fuel Stations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of November 21, 2005 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1707, As Amended).
