Regarding Solar Energy;• Workshop Stands At The Picnic Site, Including Providing The Necessary Equipment (E.G. Tables, Tents, Props);• Activation Of Participants Through Interactive Activities, E.G. Wheel Of Fortune Games With Prizes Or Throwing At A Target;• Animations For Children + Inflatables.2) The Contractor Will Design And Print For The Ordering Party:• 2 Large-Format Games, E.G. Wheel Of Fortune + 200 Various Gifts/Prizes, A Large-Format Floor Game On The Theme Of Clean Air With Minimum Dimensions Of 3X4 M;• 2 Board Games On A Theme Related To Clean Air (The Purchase Of Ready-Made Games Is Allowed);• 2 Large-Format Puzzles With Different Contents With Minimum Dimensions Dimensions 3X1.5 On Topics Related To Air Protection.• 1,000 Pieces Of Information And Educational Brochures In The Field Of Air Protection: Including 500 Pieces For Teenagers And Children (Easily Digestible Text, Riddles / Puzzles / Crosswords, Interesting Tips And Tips Encouraging People To Take Care Of The Air); 500 Pieces For Adults (Easily Digestible Text, Crosswords).3) Preparation Of Educational Presentations - Professional Slides With Graphics, Animations And Educational Content Presenting Current Data And Applicable Legal Regulations, Appropriately Adapted To The Program For Individual Workshop Groups.4) Marking All Educational Content With Logos Consistent With The Assumptions Of The Mazowsze Without Smog Project.5) Designs Of All Educational Materials Created For The Needs Of Educational Campaigns Carried Out Must Be Approved By The Leader Of The Mazowsze Without Smog Project. No Smog. The Contractor Is Obliged To Improve The Submitted Projects Of Educational Materials In Accordance With The Comments Of The Ordering Party And The Project Leader.6) All Corrections And Changes In The Scenarios Of Educational Actions Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And Must Be Approved By The Leader Of The Mazovia Without Smog Project.7) All Implemented Activities Must Take Into Account Equal Access To Products, Services And Information For Everyone, Including People With Disabilities, And Be Implemented In A Way That Ensures Equal Access For Women And Men To All Activities, Educational Materials And Events.8) Educational Actions Should Take Place In Places Architecturally Accessible To People With Disabilities.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Distribute Information And Educational Brochures During The Picnic And Conduct Evaluation Surveys After The Completion Of The Substantive Works
