Tenders Are Invited For Lease Of A Biochemical Analyzer With Instrumentation And Successive Delivery Of Reagents For Biochemical Tests

The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease Of A Biochemical Analyzer, New Or Not Older Than 2024, With Instrumentation And The Successive Delivery Of Reagents, Controls, Calibrators, Fluids And Other Necessary Consumables To Perform Biochemical Tests, For A Period Of 36 Months.2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes A Technical Warranty Of The Device, Including Full Service Related To The Normal Operation Of The Device, Free Technical Inspections And Replacement Of Parts In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Analyzer Manufacturer, And Free Training Of Staff In The Operation And Use Of The Device At The Place Of Its Installation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A. Annex 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Orderb. Annex 1B - Price Calculation For The Offer4. The Quantity Of Reagents, Controls, Calibrators And Other Consumables Offered Must Guarantee The Performance Of The Number Of Tests For Individual Parameters Planned By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Annex 1B.5 During The Duration Of The Contract (36 Months). The Contractor Will Deliver And Install The Leased Analyzer Within No More Than 21 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Device Should Be Accompanied By A Paper Manual In Polish And A Technical Passport Of The Device.6. If The Given Subject Of Lease/Delivery Is A Medical Device, It Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620), In Particular It Must Have A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Ce Certificate Of Conformity.7. Reagents And Other Consumables Are To Be Shipped In The Manufacturers Packaging. 8. The Packaging Must Contain At Least The Name Of The Goods, Expiration Date (If Applicable), Storage Method (If Applicable).9. The Contractor Must Guarantee An Appropriately Long Shelf Life Of The Delivered Products - Min. 6 Months – Counted From The Date Of Delivery.
