1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services And Troubleshooting Of Street Lighting (I.E. Lighting Of Streets, Parks, Squares And Other Open Public Areas) Owned By The Goleniów Commune.2. Due To The Nature Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Determine The Exact Number Of Components Of The Service, Which Largely Involves Removing Reported Street Lighting Failures And May Change Its Scope. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right In These Proceedings. The Option Right Is An Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, And Not An Obligation, To Implement The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. With The Option Right.3.
