5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Comprehensive Physical Protection Of The Facility (Persons And Property) Of The District Court In Sokółka At Ul. Piłsudskiego 7 And The Adjacent Area, In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, As Amended), Along With The Provision Of A Two-Person Intervention Patrol.5.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Through Direct Physical Protection (Permanent Post - 24 Hours A Day And A Control Post During The Courts Opening Hours), Intervention Patrols, Control And Supervision, And Includes In Particular: 5.2.1 Ensuring The Safety Of Persons Within The Boundaries Of The Protected Facility; 5.2.2 Protection Of Premises Against Access By Unauthorized Persons; 5.2.3 Protection Of Property Against Theft, Destruction Or Damage; 5.2.4 Preventing Disturbances Within The Protected Facility And Notifying The Appropriate Employee The Ordering Party About Events Causing A Breach Of Order; 5.2.5 Immediately Notifying Law Enforcement Authorities About Criminal Acts Occurring On The Premises Of The Protected Facility And Securing The Place Where They Were Committed And Holding The Perpetrators Until The Arrival Of Law Enforcement Authorities; 5.2.6 Checking The Movement Of People And Materials In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Internal Regulations; 5.2.7 Maintaining Security Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Duty Books; 5.2.8 Each Time Verifying The Status (Closure) Of Fire Doors And Closing Smoke Exhaust Flaps After The Fire Alarm Has Ended; 5.2.9 Arming And Disarming The Sswin At Set Times; 5.2.10 Checking Manual Fire Alarms And Emergency Emergency Exit Buttons And Checking All Unjustified Uses Of The Above Devices (Up To And Including Revealing The Personal Details Of The Person Making Unjustified Use); 5.2.11 Responding To Reports Of Electronic Systems Signaling And Visualization (In Particular Cctv, Fire Protection, Notification System For Exceeding The Permissible Temperature In The Server Room) And On Observed Events That May Result In Property Losses (Flooding Of Rooms, Damage To Lighting, Damage To Locks, Doors, Door Closers, Leaks, Etc.).
