The Subject Of The Order Are Comprehensive Design Services Including The Preparation Of Full Design Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Construction Of A Sports Hall At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Gończyce.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged - At The Preliminary Stage Of Design Work - To Submit For The Ordering Partys Approval At Least 2 Concepts Of A Single-Story Building With Technical And Sanitary Facilities, In Traditional Brick Technology, With A Usable Area Of 1,000-1,500 M², With A Playing Field Of A Minimum Size Of 20 × 40 M. The Concepts Should Take Into Account Various Functional, Spatial, Technological And Aesthetic Solutions, Enabling The Ordering Party To Make An Informed Choice Of The Optimal One. Implementation Variant. The Scope Of The Design Study Includes:  Development Of A Building Concept, Which Must Be Approved By The Employer,  Preparation Of Necessary Materials Together With Submitting An Application For A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Project, If Required,  Preparation Of Materials Together With Submitting An Application For A Decision On Development Conditions Or A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment,  Preparation Of Project Documentation For The Task Along With All Arrangements And Approvals, Submitting An Appropriate Application To The County Office District Office For Approval Of Documentation And Issuance Of A Building Permit, Obtaining Positive Verification Of The Documentation Submitted For Approval, - Development Of Technical Designs.3.
