6.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of The European Fairy Tale Center. Koziołka Matołek In Pacanów Divided Into Parts: Part 1 - Dry And Mixed Products.6.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Taking Into Account The Division Into Parts).6.3. The Conditions For Deliveries As Part Of The Order Are Specified In The Content Of The Swz, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Opz.6.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Successively Deliver To The Ordering Partys Office (In The Morning Hours - Agreed With The Ordering Party) The Food Items Presented In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Entitled Assortment And Price Forms, According To The Part Of The Order/Package Offered, From May 1, 2026 (Or From The Date Of Signing The Contract) Until December 31, 2026.6.5. The Ordering Party Requires That: A) The Food Being The Subject Of The Order Meets The Quality Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Certificates, Polish Standards, Food Law And The Applicable Principles Of Gmp/Ghp, Gap And The Haccp System Or The Food Safety Management System In Accordance With Iso 22000:2005. B) The Contractor Has Provided The Ordering Party With A Guarantee Of The Health Quality And Durability Of The Supplied Food Until The Date Of Minimum Durability Or Shelf Life Specified On Clear Labels.C) Agri-Food Products Were Stored And Transported In A Way That Ensured Maintaining Their Proper Commercial Quality. D) The Delivered Food Was Marked With A Visible, Legible And Indelible Identification Code And Expiration Date Enabling Identification Of The Food Product From A Given Production Batch. E) The Contractor Agreed To Provide All Necessary Information Upon Delivery In Order To Make A Quantitative And Qualitative Assessment Of The Received Food.6.6. In The Event Of Receiving Food Of Inappropriate Health Or Commercial Quality, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept It And Will Immediately File A Complaint In Person Or By Telephone On The Day Of Delivery. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Or Replace Food That Does Not Meet The Quality Requirements With One Free From Defects, Within A Maximum Of 2 Hours From The Date And Time Of Its Notification, At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Signs The Receipt Of Food That Does Not Meet The Requirements.6.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Questioning The Quality Of The Delivered Goods And Products (In Particular Frozen And Delicatessen Products), Including, Among Others: Quality Of Semi-Finished Products, Organoleptic Assessment, Taste, Physical And Chemical Properties, Compliance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Manufacturers Declarations, Product Ingredients (Including Those Not Recommended In The Diet Of C
