Quotation are invited for Enterprise Risk Management Accreditation for ISO 31000 Standards for Oman Towers. Description: 1 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) ISO 31000 certification by a ISO certified Auditor- Valid for 3 years 2 Annual audit for validation of ERM ISO certification to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 31000 standards. 3 Recertification of ISO 31000 at the end of the certification period Bid Closing Date: Thursday 30th April 2026 B) Scope of Work and Technical Requirement 1. Responsibilities of the Accreditation Agency Conduct a thorough audit in accordance with ISO 31000 standards. Provide a detailed audit plan, including timelines and key milestones. Ensure auditors are qualified and experienced in ISO 31000 standards. Page 2 of 6 Maintain confidentiality of all information accessed during the audit. Deliver a comprehensive audit report with findings, non-conformities, and recommendations. Issuance of Certificate: Based on the audit findings, decide whether to grant ISO 31000 certification and issue the certificate if the audit is successful. 2. Responsibilities of the Client Provide access to all necessary documents, records, and personnel. Ensure the availability of key staff during the audit process. Address any non-conformities identified during the audit within the agreed timeframe. Maintain open communication with the accreditation agency throughout the audit process. 3. Audit Process Pre-Audit Meeting: To discuss the audit scope, objectives, and schedule. Document Review: Examination of relevant documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 31000. On-Site Audit: Physical inspection and interviews to verify the implementation of the documented processes. Audit Report: Submission of a detailed report outlining the audit findings and any non-conformities. 4. Certification Process Certification Decision: Based on the audit findings, the accreditation agency will decide whether to grant ISO 31000 certification. Issuance of Certificate: If the audit is successful, the accreditation agency will issue an ISO 31000 certificate to the client. Validity of Certificate: The certificate will be valid for a specified period, typically three years, subject to successful surveillance audits. Surveillance Audits: Periodic audits (usually annually) to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 31000 standards. Re-certification: At the end of the certification period, a re-certification audit will be conducted to renew the certification. 5. Fees and Payment Terms Fee Structure: Detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the audit. Payment Schedule: Terms for payment, including any advance payments and final settlement. Additional Costs: Any additional expenses that may be incurred during the audit (e.g., travel, accommodation). 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the audit process. The accreditation agency will not disclose any information without the clients prior written consent. The RFQ & its content shall be considered as Confidential Information the bidder shall adhere by it and provide a signed & stamped NDA with the proposal stated under appendix A. 7. Termination Conditions under which either party can terminate the agreement. Notice period required for termination. Obligations of both parties upon termination. 8. Dispute Resolution Mechanism for resolving any disputes that may arise during the audit process. Jurisdiction and applicable laws. 9. Miscellaneous Amendments: Any changes to the terms of engagement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. C) Delivery Period Oman Tower Company requires the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) accreditation for ISO 31000 to be delivered within 2 weeks (10 Calander Days) from issuance of the purchase order.
