Tenders are invited for Press and Media Freedom Focused Organizations to Design and Organize a One-Day Symposium for Journalists on Dissecting the Nigeria Cybercrime Act. The U. S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Services for a press and media freedom focused organizations to design and organize a one-day symposium for Journalists on dissecting the Nigeria cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention etc.) (Amendment) Act 2024 and advancing press freedom in Nigeria, scheduled for October 5, 2026, with the objective of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, non-personal services and other logistics support. Kindly submit a quotation based on the attached Statement of Works (SOW). Payment Terms: Net 30. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government, considering price and non-price factors such as location, amenities, past performance on similar projects with references and compliance with security requirements. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Quoters are encouraged to submit their best terms with their initial quotation.
