Tenders are invited for Construction of Ultramodern Abattoir and Artificial Insemination Centre. 4. Bidding shall be conducted through Open National Procurement (ONP) Process using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (Procurement Regulations), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, Ebonyi State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources Block 11, Centenary City, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria and purchase the Bidding document during office hours 0900 1600 at the address given below. 6. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (=NGN= 100,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following Acct Name: Ebonyi State L-PRES Project Account, Bank: Zenith Bank; Acct No. 1229140232. Proof of payment to be presented at the address below. At the bidders request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
