The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of The Duha Kindergarten In Mladá Boleslav. The Plan Consists Of Building Modifications, Installation Of Technology (Vzt, Pv Plant) And Management Of Rainwater. The Project Addresses The Improvement Of The Thermal Technical Properties Of The Entire Building. The Perimeter Walls, Including The Plinth And Roof Structure, Will Be Insulated. Part Of The Window Openings And Door Openings Will Be Replaced And New Plumbing, Locksmith And Facade Elements Will Be Installed. In Addition, There Will Be Installation Of Outdoor Blinds, Replacement Of Lightning Conductors, Structural Modifications To The Heating System, Modifications And Additions To Electrical Installations Including Lighting, Installation Of Hvac And Fve Production With Technology And Battery Storage. Construction Modifications Will Be Made In The Interior, Penetrations Through Ceiling Structures And Replacement Of Part Of The Ceiling Near The Stairwell Due To The Penetration Of Ventilation Ducts. As A Follow-Up To The Distribution Of Air Ducts, Plasterboard Structures Will Be Sheathed And A Suspended Ceiling Will Be Created From Sdk. New Central Air-Conditioning Units (2X) Will Be Placed On The Roof Of The Kindergarten For The Ventilation Of Classrooms And The Kitchen. In Addition, A Photovoltaic Plant With An Output Of 16.2 Kwp Will Be Installed Here. In Order To Reduce The Energy Demand Of The Building, The Connection And Regulation Of The Existing Czt-Hot Pipe And Heat Distribution In The Nursery Building Will Be Adjusted.
