Construction Modifications That The Selected Bidder Will Supervise In Accordance With The Provisions Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended, Will Be Carried Out According To The Project Documentation Prepared By Deltaplan Spol. S.R.O., Id Number: 158 89 866, Chief Project Architect Prof. M.Sc. Acad. Arch. Roman Brychta, Chief Engineer Of The Project Ing. Jiří Tulach (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation), Which Contains Technical Specifications, Technical And User Standards Of The Building, A Detailed Itemized List Of Works And Supplies (Measurement Report). This Project Documentation Forms Annex No. 4 Of These Terms And Conditions, As An Integral Part Thereof. The Aim Of The Reconstruction Of The Building Is To Remove Physical Barriers, Increase The Security Of The Building And Perfect Connectivity Of Workplaces In All Directions While Respecting The Autonomy Of The Departments And Also Determining The Appropriate Spatial Arrangement. The Projection Of The Institutions New Organizational Structure Into The Basic Layout Concept Is Carefully Balanced With Its Degree Of Variability And Freedom. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is A Continuation Of The Previous Performance Of The Same Performance By The Supplier Reinvest S.R.O., With Which The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Terminated By Agreement Of The Contracting Parties, In Such A Way That The Performance By Reinvest Will End No Later Than The Date Of Commencement Of Performance Of The Contract Concluded On The Basis Of This Tender, But All This No Later Than 1 September 2026. The Performance Of The Supplier Selected On The Basis Of This Tender Is Expected To Start From 1 July 2026, With The Fact That In The Months Of July And August Both Performances Overlap, So That The Conditions Are Created For The Transfer Of All Relevant Information To The Newly Selected Supplier From The Original Supplier. In This Sense, The Addendum To The Contract With The Original Supplier, Whose Performance Ends, Is Constructed, Which Is Ordered To Cooperate With The Start Of The Activities Of The Supplier Selected On The Basis Of This Tender.
